The brief
Off-road shops needed a way to show customers exactly how a lifted, accessorised Jeep would look — and whether the parts would actually fit together — before anything was ordered.
We modelled every part, built the real-time Unreal configurator with a compatibility rule engine, and wrapped it in a subscription platform with licensing, automatic updates, AR and in-browser streaming.
Challenges we solved
No 3D assets existed
All 100 accessories — bumpers, lift kits, tyres, wheels, lights, winches, racks, fenders — were modelled from product photos and specs and optimised for real time.
Shop-level fitment knowledge
The client's compatibility data became a JSON rule engine that checks lift, tyre size, gearing and clearance and flags issues as info, warning or critical.
Tyres that fit for real
Every tyre is built to real-world dimensions, so size, offset and lift combinations look and sit correctly on the vehicle.
100 swappable parts, smooth frame rate
LODs, material and texture optimisation and draw-call reduction, profiled across devices — plus pixel streaming for anyone without a strong GPU.
